# Supernatural Season 5 missing from Plex

… which then results in the episodes being marked as unmatched on local plex servers.
This appears to be a plex problem. I don’t see anything obvious at tmdb or tvdb which could have caused this so am requesting someone from plex to look into their metadata back-end.

Did you do a metadata refresh on the show or do you have your metadata set to refresh periodically? Or did you just add the show?
Asking because I have the show (been added for a while) and my season 5 is good, so want to make sure I don’t do anything to cause it to get unmatched. I turned off the refresh library metadata periodically task and rarely refresh metadata on non-active series, so I am probably good, just want to confirm.

I do weekly metadata refreshes with the periodic tasks disabled.

Yeap, its because I use a custom metadata agent with NFO added. See [this thread](https://forums.plex.tv/t/plex-nfo-agent-forum-preview/936104/359) as to why its an issue.

Just to add… I added Supernatural to my testing library and although I see Season 5, it is completely unmatched.
