# Support creating/auto adding to collection using regular expressions within plex

You can sort smart collections in any way you can sort the library – however the options to sort a regular collection are rather limited.

There’s another feature suggestion (in addition to the one you’ve linked), discussing an option to sort collections descending by release date.
