# Support for embedding metadata into files

I would use Plex to automatically tag all my media files if this feature was available.

Vote for this feature too!  
I use my music library between several music applications and would be convenient to export modified data in Plex to file’s id3 tags and continue to read/edit this data using another application (e.g. dj software or another music player)
