# Switched from NAS to PC server

HI

I was running my PLex server through my synology nas with no problems serving many devices, I have tried to switch the server to PC today and my account wont link to it.

steps taken

disable server on NAS  
delete NAS server entry from Plex admin GUI  
install Plex server on PC  
sign in PLex GUI on that PC

server not found

anyone know whats going on here,its a simple pc the NAS setup when i did it was seamless, is there a conflict of accounts thing going on

I would have left the NAS server alone until the new one was working correctly.

Open a browser tab to your new server, PMSipAddress:32400/web

Once their see if you can login using your Plex account, You can have more then one server per account.

when the new one would not connect i thought it was a limitation with accounts, never mind i have it running again. thanks
