# Sync on iOS is so slow

I have tried a few time since it sync content for watching on flights/etc. and am about ready to give up. I realize when I select a decent quality the files are large and take time to transfer, but my progress bar in iOS Plex is actually DECREASING over time. What the heck? Anyone have any tips?
