It’s good that Plex is able to scrobble natively to Last.fm.
It would be amazing if it could sync the playcounts from Last.fm so that everything is kept up to date. I’d rather have all my play counts carry over since before I had plex I’ve got a decent amount of scrobbles already on Last.fm and I want my Top 50/100 playlists to stay consistent between my PC Media player and Plex

Something i would love too, I 've been using Plex for quite awhile but i’ve been using [last.fm](https://last.fm/user/gogorichie) for a lot longer.

Has this been looked into recently? Given how much data Plex already pulls from Last.FM this should be easy to accomplish, right?
And for those users that have been on Last.FM for longer than Plex, wouldn’t also the Plexamp recommendations automatically improve if playcounts are imported? @elan

It would be nice, I suppose, as historical charts would be more accurate. Not something we’d probably offer officially, but an enterprising dev could figure it out.

@elan, so no playlist syncs from last.fm? =) That’s a treasure trove of stats for playlist generation and potentially outsourced recommendation intelligence. I have 18 years of data over there 🙂
