# Synology - Cannot access web interface of Plex Media Server

Hello all. My plex server running on Synology NAS DSM 7. When I am trying to access Plex server from Windows PC in Opera browser on my LAN I get this error: This page isn’t working. However, I am still able to play videos in Plex client from the same Windows PC.

This is a recent issue which started happening about two weeks ago. Before the issue started happening I was always able to access the web interface including after DSM6 to DSM7 update. I have been updating Plex server app as well as DSM7 to the latest releases.

Please help me understand why I get this error message when trying to access web interface of Plex server.

Wild guesses:

1. http **s** ://10.1.1.20:32400/web ?
2. Try another browser like Chrome or Firefox?
3. I usually just go to [https://app.plex.tv/](https://app.plex.tv/) and it finds my PMS
4. Not sure what the “Plex client” is - I just use chrome to access Plex. I’ve seen and ran plex-htpc before but I don’t find it more useful than just running Plex in a browser tab and using “f” for full screen whenever I want that. What URL is this PC Plex client using?
