# Tautulli cannot get plex log from DSM7

I upgraded DSM7, but the Plex directory in the filestation is empty, and tuatulli cannot get the log files from it. How can I reuse tuatulli？  
Please help me ，thanks！

New packaging in the works that puts the [Plex data folder](https://support.plex.tv/articles/202915258-where-is-the-plex-media-server-data-directory-located/), including logs, back in a user accessible location. A forum preview is available. See the thread below.
