# Tautulli - unable to open Plex log file?

Recently setup Tautulli on a Plex Server running on Raspberry Pi/Linux. Everything is working as expected, except the ‘logs’ are not seen by Tautulli. Even with the [complete folder path](https://support.plex.tv/articles/202915258-where-is-the-plex-media-server-data-directory-located/) for the Plex Media [Server logs,](https://support.plex.tv/articles/200250417-plex-media-server-log-files/) it still shows this error message. Any suggestions?

```auto
Unable to open Plex Log file. [Errno 2] No such file or directory: '/var/lib/plexmediaserver/Library/Application Support/Plex Media Server/Logs/Plex Media Server.log'

```

Tautulli \> Settings \> Plex Media Server \> Plex Logs Folder

```auto
/var/lib/plexmediaserver/Library/Application Support/Plex Media Server/Logs/

```

Read/write access for the ‘Plex Media Server.log’

```auto
-rw-r--r-- 1 plex plex 6501812 Jun 29 12:30 '/var/lib/plexmediaserver/Library/Application Support/Plex Media Server/Logs/Plex Media Server.log'

```

OS details:

> Tautulli v2.10.1
> 
> Linux raspberrypi 5.10.63-v7l+ #1496 SMP armv7l GNU/Linux
