# Tech support neededs

I recently bought a nvidia shield tv, 32 bit version. I created an account and it wont let me link the shield to the account. I followed the link on my phone [https://plex.tv/link](https://plex.tv/link). It wont let me past that to add the 4 digit code. When I log into the account with my phone or laptop there isn’t a location to add the shield. The section labeled authorized devices it lists my web browser and wont let me add the shield. How do I add the shield. Thanks
