The EPG continuously updating after PMS updated

Server Version#:1.15.1.710
Player Version#:

I was happily running PMS 1.14.1.5488 on my Netgear ReadyNAS 212 when I stupidly saw that a later version of PMS was available. I downloaded the new 1.15.1.710. The first thing I noticed was the new PMS was only 72.x MB whereas the previous version was 92.x MB. I downloaded it again to be sure. Same result. Odd but possible I thought.
I stopped PMS on my ReadyNAS then uploaded and installed the new version. Everything seemed fine except after a while the EPG started updating and in the 24 hours since has been continuously updating making recordings and streaming impossible.
I have a Plex Pass and use a HDHomeRun dual tuner.
Will deleting the DVR help? Can I downgrade to the old version and if so, how?
Any help appreciated.

Yesterday updated to the new 1.15.1.780 PMS and the EPG is worse. It is continuously refreshing the EPG. As soon as it reaches 100% after about 6 to 8 hours, it starts again. I do not have refreshing EPG as a scheduled task as I prefer to do it manually when I want to.
What is going on? This never happened with the 1.14.xxx versions.

Looks like Plex tech support has been busy. Updates are generally fairly sparse now we seem to be getting one every second day. Currently using 791 and my EPG problems seem to have been fixed but I see 793 was released today.
Is there anywhere I can go to find the change log for each release?
What does 793 fix?
