# The Guide is Empty

Server Version#: 1.18.5.2260 running on Linux Mint 19.2  
Player Version#: 4.54.5  
Tuner Make/Model: HDHomeRun Connect Quatro

OTA TV was streaming fine (TVs, Tablets, Remotely …)until a few days ago. And not sure what/why happened and where/how to begin isolating without disrupting Movies and  
TV shows…

I am able to run the Quattro Tuner locally, that is around the House on TVs and devices  
using the HDHomeRun App … so there is no question that the tuner is working… And Plex  
does also see the HDHomeRun under DVR settings. …

The Media Server recognizes the Quattro But …  
But it is unable to Load Channel Mappings …  
Refresh Guide does not help …  
I Don’t Want to Delete DVR until I get a a few Or ONE good 2nd opinion …
