# "The path where local application data is stored"

Ik moet voor het verplaatsen van Appdata naar een andere locatie de volgende optie zoeken: “The path where local application data is stored” Dat moet zich bevinden in Settings - Server - General. Maar ik zie het niet. In settings kom ik een heleboel dingen tegen zoals: general, remote acces, agents, libraries, Plugins etc etc maar nergens zie ik daar Server staan. Waar kan ik die optie vinden?

Dat is mij bekend. Ik bedoelde eigenlijk waar ik de verwijzing van de locatie in de PMS kan vinden.

Blijkbaar is die optie ooit verwijderd om veiligheidsredenen. Kwam ik [hier](https://forums.plex.tv/t/the-path-where-local-application-data-is-stored-setting-missing-in-version-1-19-4-2935/605736/2) tegen, maar wel met een (wellicht) oplossing er ook bij.

Dank je Sander. Ik heb deze tutorial gebruikt om de appdata te verplaatsen en het is redelijk goed gelukt. Ik moest de bibliotheken opnieuw maken maar dat gaat vrij snel. Het enige wat niet werkt is het uitvoeren van de laatste software update. De update wordt gedwonload en er verschijnt een knop Install maar als ik daar op druk gebeurt er niets en verschijnt er een knop Retry Connection. Welke verbinding hier bedoelt wordt is mij niet duidedlijk.
