hi, i just got myself a new computer, and added plex to it. my old computer had the same setup as this one. the only thing different is the speccs, and now all i get is “there was a problem playing this item” all i did was install plex on a new computer, added the same libaries as on the old computer. (didnt use backup of media libary) so everything is from “scratch” . ( and yes the old one is not online anymore) i use a nas to keep all the files and a computer to run the plex server, (the nas cant run the server) it worked on my old computer but cant seem to find out why it wont work on this one. ---

i cant see on the web app, server adress, xbox, android or any devices after i changed server ( the libaries is done updating and refreshed) ---
