# "There was an unexpected error loading the dashboard"

For the last several days, I have encountered the following error when I try to load Plex: “There was an unexpected error loading the dashboard”
I’ve searched the forum, but don’t see anything in layman’s terms that can help me fix it.
Version 1.14.1.5488-cc260c476
OS X EL CAPITAN - 10.11.6
Please help. Thanks!

I have optimized the database, cleaned bundles and emptied the trash.

Was able to fix it by following the instructions here:
