There was an unexpected error loading the dashboard

I am getting this on my Dashboard, I have downloaded the logs, Can I get assistance on someone to review the logs, for a RCA. / Failure analysis etc resolve.

Is there a ftp for me to upload logs for review?

My All Libraries is experiencing this error.

“There was an unexpected error loading the dashboard”

Please visit our forums if you continue to experience problems

How can I fix this? Can someone help me?

I was getting this after I attempted to migrate my server from a TimeMachine Backup… I ended up completely deleting Plex Media Server using AppCleaner [https://freemacsoft.net/appcleaner/](https://freemacsoft.net/appcleaner/) Which found everything. Then Reinstalled, all works well now.

FYI - fixed this if anyone is looking for it.

Originally set up Plex with restrictive folders on Linux.

Changed the rights to the media folders (chmod -777 /media -R) and still could not get it working.

Finally, removed all the libraries, stopped the plex service (systemctl stop snap.plexmediaserver.plexmediaserver) and restarted it. Added one of the library folders again and it worked.
