# There was an unexpected error loading the dashboard

I recently built a new rig and transferred all my library to it. I downloaded Plex and try to add my new folder from new computer and keep getting this error.
“There was an unexpected error loading the dashboard”

Hey, so I’m having the same issue, but I can access my library through the [app.plex.tv](http://app.plex.tv) link. Weird
