# There was an unexpected error loading the dashboard

Just installed plex on my new laptop and get this error message
Also get the message…
“There was an unexpected error loading this library”
when clicking on the library I loaded
I’m on Win 10, latest version of WMS (I presume, as just installed!)
I previously had my plex account on a different server (different laptop) so don’t know if that is related.
Any help appreciated. I’ve tried optimizing the database but no luck.
