# "There was an unexpected error" when configuring tuner

Server Version#: Ubuntu Linux 1.24.2.4973  
Player Version#: Plex Web 4.65.0  
Tuner Make/Model: HDHomeRun Dual (HDHR3-US)  
Guide/Lineup name: Los Angeles OTA  
Using XMLTV?: no  
Channel number/Name: n/a

This seems to be a repeatable bug for me.

In Plex Web I click the wrench icon up top. In the left nav under my server I go to “Manage/Live TV & DVR”.

I now see “Channel Sources” and below it is my HDHomeRun tuner with the number of channels scanned/enabled, IP, model, etc. In the top-right corner of this box is a small gear icon.

When I click that gear icon I get this error message 100% of the time:  
“There was an unexpected error. Please visit our forums if you continue to experience problems”

So here I am! Any ideas?

I’ve kept the console open in a separate window to look for any errors. I’m not sure if this is helpful, but when I click the gear icon, _no_ new text appears in the console.

Same problem here.
