This is really starting to do my head in now… what’s going on with Plex, as i’m guessing it’s Plex and not WD My Cloud Home.
I spend a day, two days… sorting all my movies out on Plex, making sure artwork and names are correct, and then a couple of days after the server wont come up, or Watch Together won’t work, so I delete the server, go into MyCloud, disable Plex, sign out of everywhere, remove devices from Plex settings, enable Plex again, and now I click configure and get:
This page isn’t working

HTTP ERROR 502
I’ve spent the day Googling it, I tried putting in the MyCloud IP address with the other text to go straight to Plex and that didn’t work, just get the website with the Plex logo in the middle…
I can’t configure/create the Plex server, I can’t get in to it… i’ve rebooted MyCloud Home, i’ve tried on Chrome, Safari and Firefox, I tried on an iPhone and iPad…
So again i’m guessing this is Plex and not my MyCloud Home? and since I bought it a year ago the amount of times i’ve had to redo the server because i’ll go on it and it wont be found, I have to keep deleting it and redoing it, spending days and days adding all the movies again…
I bought the MyCloud EX2 Ultra today which is coming tomorrow in the hope that works better, as i’ll go into Plex itself and add the WD myself, instead of doing it from the MyCloud website… in the hope that stops serves from not working or Watch Together to stop working!
I pay for 400mbps internet which has around 30mbps upload speed so I know it isn’t my internet, so i’m completely baffled on why i’m having so many issues.
Any help would be appreciated, I must be missing SOMETHING!
