I have recently decided that I wanted my photos managed by plex. I have created a new photo library and plex read all photos. Unfortunately, tumbnails are not showing. I have already tried to rescan the library but it doesn´t help.
If I access the info of the picture via thethreedotsatthepic > Info the thumbnail is loading. This is kinda a workaround I know but I won´t do this for all my 6800 photos.

I can see database lock errors during the scan. Could you try the beta 1.12.0.4829 which has fixes for database lockout and see if the problem gets resolved after an Analyze library action
