# Tidal NOT linking / showing

Since Plex doesn’t offer official support, I’m forced to post a new topic in hopes that someone can let me know what’s going on. I’ve successfully linked my TIDAL account to Plex, but it doesn’t show on my Plex server. I’ve restarted, and I have no idea why it’s not showing up… any ideas? very very frustrating.
I’ve restarted the server multiple times, and it’s still not working.

Which Version of the Plex Media Server do you have installed and on which platform?
