# Tidal will run at all on Plex

Hi All. I have a Plex Pass with tidal. Tidal is working fine on its own app and blueos for my Bluesound. I’m setting up my Plex library again with a NAS drive. that part is working fine. However, I’ve tried to get Tidal to work in Plex. it keeps telling me to sign up for an account, but I’ve had a Plex / tidal pass for years. Any ideas anyone? I’ve tried signing out and signing back in on Plex and tidal etc .

Have you done the required steps to [link your Tidal subscription to your Plex account](https://support.plex.tv/articles/adding-tidal-subscriptions-to-plex/)? It will appear as a media source then.
