While watching liveTV, a request to move forward (right arrow) or back (left arrow) from the remote does nothing and a “down” selection and navigation to “<<” or “>>” does nothing.
Also for a program in progress being recorded you get the menu for “from the beginning” or “live” but it always starts from the beginning regardless of the selection.
If you want us to be beta testers it would be nice if you maintained a list of issues reported, acknowledgment that the issue is being worked or not, status of fix if being worked and list of unresolved issues. Trying to scour this incompetent message board and provide you with free testing resources if far too complicated and time consuming.
You should learn how to work WITH your user community instead of against it. Ask ATT how it went for them when they turned their backs on a long time group of DirecTV users that provided free Beta testing for them.
