Timeline bug: I see the photo in Library but not in Timeline

I’m running Plex 1.18.2.2058 on Ubuntu Bionic, and I cannot get Plex to show many, many of my photos in the Timeline properly no matter how many times I scan. It is getting extremely frustrating because there is no rhyme nor reason why some of the photos are in the timeline, and others are not (even taken with the same phone a day apart).

I can successfully search for the specific file name, and I can see the photo when I manually look for it in my Library. The date the picture was taken shows below the photo in those methods. But when I go to the timeline, the photos just aren’t there. Is there any way to report bugs to Plex other than these forums???

I’ve just about had it… and will have to start looking at other solutions if I can’t get these images nicely organized in my timeline, even though I’m a lifetime member :frowning:

Deleting the library and recreating it fixed the problem :frowning:

Having the same issue!!!

Plex please when you are going to dedicate some time to all the photo’s issues.

May I have some DEBUG log files please?

Engineering won’t look at a problem unless it’s visible in the logs and can be recreated (my job).

As for delay in reply: Holiday? Available resource?

Sorry, how do you get the log?

Found it
Plex Media Server Logs_2019-12-13_12-27-38.zip (5.0 MB)

Thanks for the logs.
I see the problem and have been told Engineering knows of the bug and is already working on it.
