The issue is with Plex and not TVS,I found this out by using RarFlix and Rarflix has an option (even on Your Roku

while movie is playing You can go to options of Rarflix and choose audio options are leveling, off.and night

when set to night or leveling it is like being at Woodstock the volume jumped so loud i had to lower my TV to 65

To the developer of Plex,if You can somehow implement the same Audio Codecs ,or Recipe that Rarflix has,
then that would be everyone’s solution

Thank You

> As someone who watches movies with two small children sleeping in the next room, this would be a godsend. It’s particularly evident when watching 5.0 movies downmixed to 2.0. Low volume parts such as talking are barely audible whereas loud parts such as explosions and gunfire are deafening. Adding customizable dynamic range compression would help. Something like this (VLC) would be awesome: [http://imgur.com/C8lNK](http://imgur.com/C8lNK) Cheers, Rickard
