# Trailers From Hell

I’m using Plex on Roku and have 20–30 Favorites saved, one of which is TFH. Every other channel works perfectly. For the last few months, TFH starts, then after 4–5 minutes I get a 33% in a spinning circle. This sounds like a channel issue, but I have no idea of who to notify or what else to try. Any suggestions?

Ps. No other source for the TFH FAST channel exists that I can find

Someone posted yesterday having a similar issue with a different live channel. Common thing was Roku. I just tried watching with the web app and the Windows desktop app and it seems to play fine. I can only suggest watch it on something besides a Roku.

You’re correct, I suspect it’s only available on Plex, they even advertise that on their website.
