# Trailers not linking/showing for Plex Pass

Server Version#: 1.19.3.2843

I’m a Plex Pass subscriber and recently trailers are not showing up when I add movies to my library. I recently had to reset my desktop/server to factory settings and reload everything (my Plex library was intact on external hard drives), so I believe something is different with my “new” server, but I can’t figure out what.

Under “Agents” and Movies under Plex Server, I have “Find trailers and extras automatically” selected (tried to attached image below). Kinda feel like that should be enough, but obviously not. Appreciate any help (if logs are needed, etc., please advise and happy to oblige).

Are you using this agent (Plex Movie) for the library in question?  
(check from the library context menu: `...` \> `Manage Library` \> `Edit` \> `Advanced` \> `Agent`)

No, I was not. I changed it and looks to have done the trick. Apparently I have to do the “Plex Dance” for every affected movie by removing the movie from the library, emptying trash, moving the movie back, and the re-scanning the library to bring it back with the trailer? Thanks the for help.

But I don’t understand why there are two places to set “Find trailers…” for that agent? Also just noticed now when I go back through the library context menu, the “Advanced” menu is grayed out and cannot be accessed! I already set it, so guess it’s fine, but if you can shed light on that one, I’d be much obliged (again).
