# Trakt plugin fails for a new plex server

Server Version#: 1.24.2.4973

I am trying to setup a second plex server (that is supposed to replaced the old one), but I fail to configure scrobbling for trakt.tv. I am using [https://github.com/trakt/Plex-Trakt-Scrobbler](https://github.com/trakt/Plex-Trakt-Scrobbler) and the new server is shown on the configuration page [Configuration - trakt (for Plex)](http://trakt-for-plex.github.io/configuration/#/connect) but it fails to connect with an “unknown error”. There are a few issues posted at Github that other people have similar issues. Did anyone successfully manage to setup a plex server with trakt scrobbling lately?
