Server Version#: 1.22.3.4392 Player Version#: Web and Android Phone The movie here it’s failing on is 4K HEVC (18699 kbps) and EAC3 5.1 Audio (768 kbps/48000Hz). This movie also plays perfectly fine via Shield and via Windows PMS. Seems to be failing only when it needs to transcode. Sorry, not possible to diagnose from a snippet. What this does imply is the server can’t connect to Plex.tv to download the new codecs . This is why it’s reporting unknown. DEBUG logs (not VERBOSE) ZIP file is needed to see what’s happening. ---
