# Transferring Username

Hi,

I have two accounts and want to use my old username on my new account which I bought a plex pass for.

I assumed I could just delete my old account, sign-in to my new account and change the username. Sadly it says the username is still taken. Is there someone who I can speak with to help me as I really want my old username back.
