While the HW is similar there is a difference in host OS. You’re running windows vs the linked post is running Docker. Same for the thread you recently posted in Hardware/GPU/Quicksync transcoding broken on Beta 1.43.1.10540 - #6 by Rickt1962. Thanks for the link.
