# Trouble Logging In - TV and Web

I’m having trouble accessing Plex this evening (19:40GMT), Plex client on my LG TV is giving me a 504 gateway time-out error and the web client is taking ages to load up via [app.plex.tv](http://app.plex.tv) and when it does load it’s missing my users and remote servers.

Plex service status page says everything is good. Any ideas? All other Internet connectivity is fine.

_edit_ nope, status page just changed: [plex.tv](http://plex.tv) app has problems

Well, all sorted now. Kind of annoying when I can’t access my local server when plex break theirs, but hey…
