I’m trying to match a file in a Movie Library and failing dismally, regardless of what I name it and manually matching doesn’t work either.
The movie I’m trying to match is at http://www.imdb.com/title/tt2136769/
If all else fails, typing tt2136769 into the search box against the Plex Movie agent is supposed to work, right?
So why doesn’t it?
How is the file of the movie named? the file name should at least start with
Behind the Fridge (1971) - [whatever].ext
Is the movie using the mp4 file format?
Behind The Fridge (1971) -part1.avi
Behind The Fridge (1971) -part2.avi
The AVI itself has no title or other metadata embedded

That should work.
But it is perfectly possible that you aren’t getting metadata because there aren’t many available.
If one considers what scarce details even the mighty IMDb has for this movie …
