TrueNas Scale Plex stuck Transcoding media downloaded by another user

A friend of mine (has their own Plex account and was granted access to my server) was downloading a show from my server and ran into an error on her device and had to restart it. Unfortunately, I discovered the server is trying to transcode 20+ episodes at once because of this and it is causing extremely high memory use (so high every page in Plex loads slowly and the TrueNas admin page doesn’t load at all). I’m also unable to SSH into the server and can’t seem to find any way to stop the transcoding in progress from the Plex admin page (which seems odd). Since I can’t perform a safe reboot from the Admin page or stop the docker app, the only way I can think of to stop it would be a hard reboot (which I’m hesitant to do as I am not physically present and would have to have someone do it for me) or just hope that it will finish eventually without crashing. Does anyone have any suggestions to get it to stop without restarting it?
