# Tunner Playback Error

Server Version#: Version 1.43.4.10903  
Player Version#: Web, or latest Roku  
Tuner Make/Model: HDHR5-4US (HDHomeRun CONNECT QUATRO)  
Guide/Lineup name: Not sure  
Using XMLTV?: Not that I know of.  
Channel number/Name: All

Any channel I attempt to watch, I get an immediate error:

Playback Error - There was an unexpected error during playback. Please visit our forums if you continue to experience problems.

I delete the device and re-add it, same issue. I can use the native HDHomerun application and everything works fine. I have had this issue for many months and never been able to figure out how to resolve it.

If anyone has anything that would help, I would appreciate it.
