# TV Guide Grid View

I’m thinking of switching over to Plex from Kodi and Myth but the only thing that’s stopping me now is the Live TV Programming Guide. I’ve read that Plex is going to be implementing a ‘grid view’ for the guide in the near future. Another post said something before the end of the year.
Just wondering if anybody knew if there’s a beta for this, if it’s already implemented, or if it’s still on track to get done before the end of the year.

I too,am patiently awaiting the grid view guide to be implemented,that has kept me away from Plex this whole time,they have THE WORST “guide” set up I have even used,and refuse to use.I have been using the Tablo Engine app,but I will soon ditch that,whenever Plex gets their sh\*\* together,as far as a normal looking guide.

Whelp, I just bought into the plex pass yesterday and hope that they get the grid implemented soon. I’m looking into it now but the last I heard, I thought it was something being implemented in this quarter.

The quarter ended. I agree the guide if you can call it that is not usable.

A lot of folks are waiting on this basic feature. Still nothing in the beta feed which tells me they are nowhere close.
There are still a host of issues requiring attention too. Have you tried time shifting live TV? Go back a few minutes and then try to immediately advance. Sometimes it goes back further, other times back to the end of the last shift, and other times is seems random.
