Then after a day the guide doesn’t work any more on any devices. It just says the channel name, no epg data. I primarily run plex on my roke devices but I noticed the same issue logged into plex web on the server pc (windows 10). I refreshed the guide and nothing, but after I log out and log back in it works again. Then repeat. I’ve attached some screenshots and my logs. Thanks in advance. ---

Not this problem but noticed in your logs that the K: drive has an access problem. Eventually you will have a full drive. ```auto Jan 25, 2023 21:13:35.251 [15936] ERROR - Transcoder: Failed to delete session directory (boost::filesystem::remove: Access is denied: "K:\Plex\Transcoding\Transcode\Sessions\plex-transcode-fe07ab43-2176-414d-9308-7e645448657e\media-01278.ts") ``` ---

hmmm what could be causing that? that’s an ssd drive, i just set it as the transcoding temp directory. ---

wow… seriously? thanks for this info and you probably saved me a ton of time. I haven’t seen this noted anywhere on plex’s website or as a feature of plex pass. smh ---
