TV Series metadata is repeated for everything in one folder

Hi all,

 

I need some help with the metadata for a TV series. As far as I can tell, the files are all named correctly, but even so the scanner just repeats the metadata for the last file in the folder (alphabetically).

 

Here are my file names:

Archer - s04e01 - Fugue and Riffs.mp4
Archer - s04e02 - The Wind Cries Mary.mp4
Archer - s04e03 - Legs.mp4
Archer - s04e04 - Midnight Run.mp4
Archer - s04e05 - Vicious Coupling.mp4
Archer - s04e06 - Once Bitten.mp4
Archer - s04e07 - Live and Let Dine.mp4
Archer - s04e08 - Coyote Lovely.mp4
Archer - s04e09 - The Honeymooners.mp4
Archer - s04e10 - Un Chien Tangerine.mp4
Archer - s04e11 - The Papal Chase.mp4
Archer - s04e12 - Sea Tunt Part I.mp4
Archer - s04e13 - Sea Tunt Part II.mp4

 

However the scanner just gives this for the metadata name for every file:

Archer - 04.13 - Sea Tunt Part II

 

 

The same occured for Seasons 1, 2 and 3.  The library is a "TV Series", with data coming from thetvdb.

 

Any ideas how to fix this?

so.... you should have 

m:\media v\archer (2009)\season 04\Archer (2009) - s04e01 - Fugue and Riffs.mp4

etc

etc

and your tv section configured to point at m:\media v

PS: totally wrong forum BTW, this is for scanner development, aka, you want to write a scanner.

Thanks for that Bob, appreciated.  I guess it was the (2009) missing from the name that did it. 

And sorry about using the wrong forum.  Mods - please move this thread as you see fit.
