Server Version#: 1.40.2.8395 Player Version#: 4.125.1 I have tried every variant of naming the Red Dwarf series but the new Plex series agent will not recognise the episode and names every episode the same i.e. episode 1. If i use the old TVDB agent it works. This is happening for all seasons of Red Dwarf folder path example; TV SHOWS\Red Dwarf (1988)\SEASON 01 File name I’ve tried includes: Red Dwarf (1988) - S01E02 - Future Echoes {TVDB-42358} Red Dwarf (1988) - S01E02 - Future Echoes ---

I just tested with this structure (the library points to test\_tv) and it worked as expected: ```auto test_tv/ └── Red Dwarf (1988) └── Season 01 └── Red Dwarf (1998) - S01E02 - Future Echoes.mkv ``` ![image](https://global.discourse-cdn.com/plex/original/4X/a/6/8/a6871dcc221b97e3034fe07de1fa56686bc1a1b0.jpeg) You’re not just swapping back and forth between the legacy scanners/agents and the Plex TV Series/Plex Series scanner/agent, are you? Nothing good will come of that. Stick with the new scanner and agent, it will (can, obviously) work. I did remove the files and re add them to the folder o see if a refresh would work ---

Did you [plex dance](https://forums.plex.tv/t/the-plex-dance/197064) (all steps) after changing the naming? If yes and still have problems then [server logs](https://support.plex.tv/articles/200250417-plex-media-server-log-files/) will be needed. ---
