Sorry I don’t have the answer, but I do have a similar issue. I am using the same server version as you and when I just put three new shows into the program, it listed one correctly as “FBI - Most wanted” and another (FBI) as “FBI - Most wanted” season 4, and the other (The Great British Baking Show) as FBI - Most Wanted" season 12. Both of the other shows are in the correct folders and are named correctly, and outside of deleting them and re-adding them to see if that cures the issue, I am not sure how to proceed. Plex has all the correct info, but has decided to do something off base with it. thanks- ---

@lockrob2000 it helps for us to know the exact folder structure you used and filenames so we can try to figure out why it would do that. ---

I have folders for Television, Photos, Movies and Music. The television show is set to a sub folder called “The Great British Bake Off” and under that there is a sub folder called “Seasion12” with the show inside that. Television - Folder name The Great British Bake Off - the show folder name Season 12The Great British Bake Off - The season folder name The Great British Bake Off.S12E08.Free Form Week.MKV - The show name This is the naming convention throughout, and is the naming convention that I have used from the beginning. If I need to change it, is that an easy way? I have about 300 television shows. ---

No, that is not correct, the folder is directly under the server and is called “Television” It is possible to re-direct it to a folder called “Media/Television” on the server… does that need to happen? I would have to do the same with all the other parent folders. ---

Are you saying, that the volume is named `/media/Television/` and all shows are located directly in the root dir of that? If so, then that’s not recommended, and suggest you do the following: - On the mount point named `/media/Television/` add a directory named `shows` - Add `/media/Television/shows` to the library path (You can have multiple path entered) - Move all exsisting directories below `/media/Television/shows` (Should not take more that a split sec) - Refresh Library - Verify every episode is now doubled (Select an episode, and then select info) - Remove path `/media/Television` from the library - Refresh library - Empty trash ---

Let me try and clarify something- If I go to “add media” the existing path is a folder (called television) on the same level as the one called media. However, if I select “media” and click on it there is a folder under “media” that looks to be a duplicate of the “television” folder on the same level as “media”. Not sure how this happened or if it is typical. ---

I am running version 4.63.0 of the player and Version 1.24.5.5173 of the server on UnRaid. The unRaid OS is Linux.
