Hey together, I have this problem. Plex packed all Tv-show to a one show. See at the Picture:

At which folder is the tv shows library pointing?
It must be `W:\SERIEN\0-9` and not just `W:\SERIEN`

Yes, you can’t do that. Your ‘index’ folders are confusing the scanner. You need to add each ‘index folder’ individually to the library.

For clarity: I don’t say you need to create separate _libraries_ for each index letter. You just need to add each index letter folder on disk to the same library separately.
See [[feature request] Add support for alphabetically directory support for TV Shows, like Movies](https://forums.plex.tv/t/feature-request-add-support-for-alphabetically-directory-support-for-tv-shows-like-movies/200860/2) for an illustration.
