# TVDBdvdorder agent not working?

I tried that. I’ve also tried:  
– switching to Aired, refresh metadata, switching back to DVD, refresh metadata again.  
– the [Plex Dance](https://forums.plex.tv/t/the-plex-dance/197064).  
– renaming the files in different ways. Currently, they are named like below:  
_The Super Mario Bros. Super Show! - 1x06 - The Great Gladiator Gig.mkv_  
– removing the folder, emptying the trash, then putting the folder back.  
Please let me know if there are other tricks.
