# Two different Plex servers on same data - one sees episodes, other doesn't

Its a fairly common issue of poor naming causing collateral issues. Odds are the miss-named files got scanned to some random show, and that caused further chaos inside of plex. Its one of the key reasons we stress naming. And after fixing the naming the only way to reset the associations is to do the [plex dance](https://forums.plex.tv/t/the-plex-dance/197064).
