Code:

Please dig into /var/lib/plexmediaserver.

Go down until you see the “Logs” directory.

Make a tar.gz of the logs directory and attach that gz here

Thanks.

You might be able to recover from your backups -or- repair it.

It’s a 50/50 shot .

Here’s my tool which makes this task easier

Question: Is the DB on a local filesystem or is it on the LAN ?

Complete fresh restart:

1. Stop PMS
2. Uninstall the package
3. `sudo rm -rf /var/lib/plexmediaserver` (this might take a while)
4. -while it’s removing- Browser: [https://app.plex.tv/desktop/#!/settings/devices/pms](https://app.plex.tv/desktop/#!/settings/devices/pms)
5. REMOVE the server you’re deleting.
6. Control+F5 (force reload) the browser page so it refreshes the server list.

Now you’ll be ready to install and claim
