# Unable to acquire SSL certificate

Server Version#: 1.30.0.6486
Server is on a Windows 10 Pro machine
Hi,
My server restarted during the night and since then, I’ve not been able to connect to Plex on any device other than the host, either on the local network or WAN.
I believe it is due to the SSL certificate (I am **not** using a custom one) however I am not entirely sure. With secure connections set to preferred, I can connect through the web app (on LAN and WAN, but still not through any iOS/Plex HTPC/Android TV apps (on LAN or WAN).
I am getting two CERT errors which are making me think the SSL is the issue.

Other topics I’ve seen with similar cert issues make it seem like a Plex employee needs to reset the cert on my account?

That error means your server contacted Plex too many times to get the security certificate. Did you try unclaiming/reclaiming your server multiple times in a row? That will initiate a block.
Turn off PMS, go to lunch/dinner/snack break for an hour or 2, come back and turn on PMS.

Thanks, turning it off for a couple hours seems to have let it redownload the SSL cert and all seems to be working.
