Unable to connect securely Deco M5

Hi,

Im facing an issue outside of the network where the synology plex server is running. A user who wants to access my media is unable to connect and gets a red triangle next to my server nams. All devices connected to the Deco M5 mesh network are facing this issue (when connecting directly to the main router the connection is secure). A work around for this is to allow insecure connections in the app, and then its working fine. But I would rather not do this…

Is someone familiar with this issue or knows a possible solution?
