Unable to connect to Content Server

I would like to know if there is a fix for :smile:

“Unable to connect to content server”

Since one of my users did a factory reset on his Samsung Smart TV with Smart Hub, they get the error message above, I read through the forums on the same issue to no avail, before the factory reset all my libraries worked flawlessly, now only one of my Libraries has this issue, I have 5 other users and they work fine, I suspect this is a setting on his New Samsumg Smart TV, any advice would be appreciated. thanks

Try disabling secure connections on your server under network and see if that changes anything.

I tried disabling secure connections, same thing, this is only happening to one of 5 users, all others are fine, i suspect it’s something on the other users TV, we tried resetting the TV to factory defaults, as well as resetting smart hub as mentioned in some of the other articles, to no avail…
