# Unable to install from Google Play Store

Server Version#: Synology NAS  
Player Version#: Nvidia Shield Pro 2019, Samsung S7 Lite Tablet, 1+ Nord mobile  
If I try and install Plex client I just get a message “something went wrong please try again” no debug information or clues how to proceed.  
Will try a manual install if I can get the apk
