First thing where is your library pointing to? `/storage/media/JP_Variety_Shows` or `/storage/media`

for naming, try:  
`Idoling!!! (2006) {tvdb-433367}/Season 2008/Idoling!!! - S2008E272 - Oshirasengu!!!.mkv`

Using `{ }` are directive markers, it may not parse it without those. Also when renaming please [plex dance](https://forums.plex.tv/t/the-plex-dance/197064) it.
